Return policies vary by item type:
- Rare Collectibles / 1-of-1 Items: All sales are final. Items may show natural wear due to age or prior handling.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- New Editions / Pre-Orders:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment (before a shipping label is created) for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, returns are not accepted due to the limited edition nature of signed items. Minimal wear from handling during signing is normal.
- Damaged Items:
- Submit 6+ photos of the damage and packaging.
- If approved, Premiere Collectibles may issue a replacement (if available) or a refund. Customers must provide tracking for any returned items.
To initiate a return, log into your account, click “Return Items”, and follow the instructions. Allow 1–2 weeks for processing once the return is received.
