Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

If your order contains recently released signed editions, these typically ship 1–3 weeks after we receive the signed items from the author or artist. Many editions sell out quickly, but we sometimes have the opportunity to accommodate additional signed copies because of our close relationships with authors, artists, management teams, publishers, and labels.

These accommodations are made because the authors and artists care about their fans and want as many collectors as possible to enjoy signed editions. We appreciate your patience as we work with them to make this happen — ordering early is still the best way to secure your copy.
